Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Subix application ("the app", "Subix", "we", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Subix, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using Subix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the app.
Subix is a subscription tracking application designed to help you monitor and manage your recurring subscriptions. The app provides tools for logging subscriptions, viewing renewal dates, scanning receipts, and exporting statistics.
All subscription tracking data, reminders, cost calculations, and insights provided by Subix are for informational purposes only. The app does not manage, modify, cancel, or interact with your actual subscriptions in any way. You are solely responsible for all decisions regarding your subscription management, including cancellations, renewals, and payments.
Subix does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any subscription data displayed. You should always verify subscription details directly with your service providers.
Subix is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that:
Subix may offer in-app purchases (such as Subix Pro) that provide additional features. All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and Apple's terms and conditions.
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to Apple, as the developer does not process payments directly.

All content, features, functionality, design, graphics, trademarks, and other intellectual property within Subix are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of the app without prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of Subix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
In no event shall the developer's total liability exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using Subix at any time by deleting the app from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the app at any time without prior notice.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
