Subix ("we", "our", or "the app") is a subscription tracking application for iOS. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Subix handles your information.
Subix does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app. There is no registration, no email collection, and no user profiles.
All subscription data you enter into Subix is stored locally on your device by default. Your data remains entirely under your control.
If you subscribe to Subix Pro, you may optionally enable iCloud sync. When enabled, your subscription data is synced across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is stored in your private iCloud account and is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. The developer does not have access to your iCloud data.
Subix may request access to your device's camera solely for the purpose of scanning receipts using OCR (Optical Character Recognition). All image processing is performed entirely on-device using the Apple Vision framework. Images captured for OCR scanning are:
Subix may request access to your Photo Library solely to allow you to save exported statistics images (such as charts or summaries). The app does not read or access any existing photos in your library.
Subix may send you notifications to remind you about upcoming subscription renewals. These notifications are entirely local and are scheduled on your device. No notification data is sent to any external server.
Subix offers in-app purchases (such as Subix Pro) that are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple and is not accessible to the developer. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for details on how Apple handles your payment data.
Subix does not integrate any third-party analytics, tracking SDKs, or advertising frameworks. The app does not contain any ads and does not track your usage behavior.
Subix does not share, sell, or transfer any of your data to third parties. No personal data is collected by the developer.
Subix does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the app does not collect personal data from any user, it is safe for users of all ages.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
