Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Sniplet ("the App"), developed by Song Yufei ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sniplet, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sniplet is a clipboard manager and code snippet organizer that allows you to capture, organize, search, and reuse text, code, links, images, and other content. The App is available on iOS and macOS.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Content: You are solely responsible for the content you save in Sniplet. Do not use the App to store or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any biometric authentication configured for the App.
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Data Backup: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data. We recommend using the App's export and backup features regularly.
4. In-App Purchases
- Sniplet offers an optional one-time "Sniplet Pro" purchase that permanently unlocks all premium features.
- The purchase is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
- The purchase includes Family Sharing, allowing family members to access Pro features.
- All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
- We do not offer refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
5. Free and Pro Features
Sniplet provides core functionality for free with a limited number of saved items. The Pro purchase unlocks unlimited clipboard history, advanced search, iCloud sync, AI enhancements, and other premium features.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Song Yufei and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.
7. No Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The App will meet your specific requirements.
- Any defects in the App will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Song Yufei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of data due to device failure or app deletion.
- Unauthorized access to your device or stored content.
- Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
