Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Sewp ("the App"), operated by Sewp ("we", "our", or "us").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Sewp, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Sewp is a screenshot stitching and editing application that allows you to combine multiple screenshots into a single image, apply various editing tools (mosaic, blur, annotations, device frames, watermarks, etc.), and export in multiple formats. All image processing is performed locally on your device.
3. In-App Purchases
- Sewp offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Sewp Pro") that unlocks additional features including advanced editing tools and export formats.
- The purchase is a non-consumable item processed through your Apple ID via the App Store.
- Once purchased, Sewp Pro can be restored on your other devices using the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" feature.
- All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions.
- We do not offer refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to images you create, edit, stitch, or process using Sewp. We claim no ownership or rights over your content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
5. Your Responsibilities
- Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Content Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that images you process and share do not infringe on third-party rights.
- Device Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Sewp and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App.
7. No Warranty
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- The App will meet your specific requirements.
- Any defects in the App will be corrected.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sewp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of images or data.
- Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
- Quality or accuracy of image processing results.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sewp operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
